Individuals receive training in specific skill areas such as eating and dressing, enabling them to function more independently. Throughout the program the client’s progress is evaluated regularly. Program available to individuals with intellectual disability of all ages in the North Shore area. Adults with developmental disabilities are placed in homes with foster parents to learn personal care and social skills through interaction with members of the sponsor family & the community. Staff work closely with the care provider to develop a service plan which outlines specific goals. Program provides follow up & assessment on a regular basis. Contact program for fee information.
