Narrative
Provides 24-hour supports for people with intellectual disability and/or developmental disabilities. The residential supports include a variety of program models and designs based on the support needs of the person served. Our programs include staff-supported homes, specialized home care, staffed apartments, and live-in supports. Core service elements include: individualized planning, clinical supports, healthcare coordination, behavioral supports, assistive technology, etc.
