Narrative

A community support program for individuals with developmental disabilities & emotional/behavioral disorders. Has contracts with DDS for Adult Foster Care. Transitional foster care funded by DCF for under 22 years of age.

The Institute for Family Centered Services (IFCS), a part of Massachusetts MENTOR, further extends our continuum of care by providing periodic services.  Our specialists work with adults in their homes and communities. 

We provide services designed to help the people we serve develop the skills they need to reach their full potential.  Our periodic services can be offered individually or combined to complement an existing treatment plan. They include:

  • Therapeutic Support

  • Case Management

  • Wraparound Services

  • Diagnostics and Assessments

  • Outpatient Services

  • Medication Management

  • Hourly Support Services
