Narrative

Job development services assist people to secure and maintain permanent competitive employment in local businesses. Flexible job coaching is provided to addresses each individual’s work skills in a specific work environment, including adaptive and accessibility requirements. Job Coaches boost the development of natural employment supports with supervisors and co-workers to make sure everyone is invested in supporting the individual and his or her success in the job placement. A JRI Job Coach may work side-by-side with the individuals to model the required work skills then gradually fade their support as the individual increases their independence and work performance.
