Narrative
The Intensive Flexible Family Support Program (IFFS) is for children and families that are experiencing severe stress or a crisis situation which could result in the child being at risk.
UCP connects the family with vital community resources to enable them to overcome their challenges. Support areas could include: food stamps, fuel assistance, social security, health insurance or financial assistance. This program is a limited 6 to12 month goal-oriented process.
To qualify for this service, participants must have DDS funding and children must be between 3 and 22 years of age.
Early Intervention Services. Serves as a family center providing navigation services, support groups and workshops.Provide family support. Integrated with other programs offered by this agency. Subsidiary of United Cerebral Palsy of Berkshire County. Supports are available at no charge. User fees for some activities, site rentals, material costs. Family Support Program for Department of Developmental Services eligible individuals only. Adult foster care
