Staff may work with people on a variety of life skills such as:
- money management (banking, bill paying, budgeting);
- shopping (groceries, personal);
- help with organizing their living setting, housekeeping;
- sorting through mail, ensuring that their rent is paid on time;
- help with accessing generic resources (Section 8 housing, SNAP benefits, MassHealth);
- help with medical appointments;
- recreation & community integration
Personal Care Assistance (PCA support) – people may need help with hiring their PCA workers, submitting their PCA’s timesheets, or filling out other paperwork.
