Narrative

Supported group programs offer job training and jobs for people who can use extra support and help. These include manufacturing and service industry companies located throughout the communities we serve. Our landscaping work crew also employs residents in our developmental disabilities programs.

Prospect Meadow Farm—a therapeutic vocational farming program for people with disabilities. The farm provides job support and meaningful daily activities to 80+ members, many of whom also have mental health challenges. We currently offer farm programs in Hatfield and Pittsfield.

ServiceNet’s Rooster Cafe is a vocational cooking training program for people with disabilities (PwD). We are driven by a commitment to inclusion and personal growth.

Since its launch in 2018, the cafe has grown into a busy eatery. Every meal you enjoy at the Rooster Cafe helps talented people gain valuable skills. They can be more active in the community.
