Competitive Integrated Employment Service
Competitive Integrated Employment Service includes assessment, career planning, skill training, job development, and placement. People get and keep integrated community employment with at least minimum wage and benefits.
Group Supported Employment
Group Supported Employment is supported employment is for a small group of people (averaging 4 to 6) working in the community with a job coach.
Individual Supported Employment
Individual Supported Employment includes one-to-one services to help people to get and keep a job in the community. The services include assessment, career planning, skill training, job development and placement, and job coaching. People in this service work less than twenty hours per week.
Community Based Day Supports
People work on skills training such as, social skills, job search, interviewing skills, dress codes, telephone skills, and computer skills. They can join in community activities such as, volunteering, bowling, line dancing, bingo, art, music, gardening, and exercise at the YMCA.
