Narrative

MicroTek is licensed and certified by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services to operate an Individual Supported Employment Program. 

Our trained staff provide ongoing support to our employees with disabilities helping them develop new skills and provide additional assistance as necessary.

We know that everyone needs support of some kind to be successful. Our Employment Program is just one way that we work to ensure the success of our team members.  

Workers receive regular one on one skills training from our Training Supervisor and/or Team Leaders. Ensuring that employees have a wide range of knowledge and abilities, helps us react more quickly to customer needs.
