Our day enrichment program has a variety of activities, both in-house and in the community. These activities are not only designed to engage through action and participation. They are designed to encourage continuous personal growth.

Also, The Ledges makes every effort to help find job opportunities for residents who have the skills and desire to work in the community. We have job coaches to provide training for workplace skills. We help residents throughout the process of finding a job. We offer the support needed to maintain confidence throughout their employment. Through the vocational program, our residents continually show that people with disabilities are vital contributors to the community.
