Goodwill offers a variety of services to support individuals with developmental, intellectual, and other disabilities.

Vocational Programs
Through various vocational programs, Goodwill assists participants in achieving their individual employment goals. For those in need of on-the-job training, Goodwill offers a paid training experience that simulates competitive employment expectations. Job development and job placement activities are provided to ensure positive employment outcomes. Once a position has been secured, follow-up support including retention counseling, transportation assistance, and job coaching is provided as needed to support each individual in achieving and maintaining the employer’s expectations and standards.
