Narrative
This specialized home care program provides family based living and training situations for men and women with developmental disabilities. In family environments, individuals are enabled to acquire not only daily living skills, but also social skills, leading to greater independence. The premise of the program is that in warm, nurturing family environments more flexibility is allowed to accommodate individual learning styles and greater community integration.
Collaborative services in partnership with Bay Cove Human Services and the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.
