Through our Shared Living program, people in the community open their homes and offer direct support to individuals with a developmental disability (DD) or autism. Matches are often made based on interests shared by hosts and participants—such as hobbies, art and music, sports, or participation in community service.

People in the program each have a care plan that includes clinical and rehabilitative support from providers at ServiceNet and in the community. Our program staff provide hosts with training and ongoing support, We work with people who often struggle with some of the daily tasks of living. They may assist hosts in making arrangements for employment, health appointments, recreational activities, and more.
