Narrative
CRC Shared Living (SL) and Adult Foster Care Programs (AFC) match individuals with disabilities to members of the community who provide care at home, much like a family member. Shared Living and AFC is an alternative to traditional residential service models for people with disabilities. It invites creative ways for people to live, problem solve, and celebrate together!
CRC provides ongoing training and support to Shared Living and Adult Foster Care Providers to make sure that they have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to provide excellent care. Providers also receive a tax-free stipend for their time.
If you have a passion for helping others and would like to provide care and share your life with person with disabilities in your home, please contact Director of SL and AFC Sara Foster at 978-374-9122 extension 215 or sfoster@crc-mass.org
