Sites & support staff are based on a person’s needs & provide for 24 hour staff supervision. These programs are licensed & funded by DDS . Individuals are billed for charges for care. Primary diagnosis of intellectual disability (ID).

Pathlight provides person-centered services to those living on their own or with family members, but who need additional help with everyday tasks.

People and their families work with us to determine the supports they need.
