Funded under contract with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and MassAbility, CMHS provides 24/7 residential support services for adults (over the age of 22) with intellectual/developmental disabilities and brain injury to assist with all aspects of daily living skills, to promote community involvement and maximize individual potential. The provision of 24-hour supports at home and in the community is designed to foster rights, dignity, individual control, community membership, relationships, personal growth and well-being.
Clients must be developmentally delayed & referred by DDS and/or MassAbility. Fees will not exceed 75% of SSI.
