Narrative

This program, funded by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, has been developed to support 14-22 year-old students with disabilities as they transition from high school into the adult services system.

In order to pave the way for employment and to be more marketable in the competitive workforce, the PRETS program provides opportunities for students to refine their work habits and job readiness skills, receive individualized support on resume building and interviewing approaches and also obtain valuable work experience with community businesses.
