Narrative

Pathways to Possibilities is a Community-Based Day Service (CBDS) program that lets people enrich their lives. They can enjoy a full range of community activities. Opportunities help develop, enhance, and maintain competence in personal, social, and community activities. Our program helps people explore and engage in meaningful activities based on their interests and needs.

Members must be 22 years old with a diagnosis of an intellectual and/or developmental disability (I/DD), including autism. People are looking for active community supports and skills development. The program is funded by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). We work closely with DDS and families/guardians. We all determine the best person-centered plan for each person in the program.
