Narrative
The is a cultural / linguistic family support center funded by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Disabilities.
Our intention is to respond to the unique needs of specific cultural and linguistic family groups in Springfield, MA.
Provides long term family support, service navigation, case management, and other supports to ethnically diverse Springfield area families.
Eligibility/Criteria/Enrollment: By referral by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services for eligible families only.
Families who are consumers of services through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services receive family support services through home visits and center-based activities. Workshops and lectures are offered based on the interest and needs of the family members and the consumers.
