Services are based on individual needs and preferences and may include transportation to medical appointments; nursing; assistance with grocery shopping; and socialization. The case managers also work one-to-one teaching personal safety, money management, menu planning and other skills.
Cooperative apartments have 1-2 adults in scattered sites in Greater Lawrence & Haverhill. Individuals receive 15 or more hours of staff support per week. Staff are available on-call 24 hrs/day and provide 1:1 training in community living, parenting, housekeeping skills, medical and behavioral issues. DDS Funded.
