Narrative
The Individual Support Program serves people who live in their own apartments and/or VHS’s leased apartments. Services are based on the unique needs of each individual. Case management support is provided by case workers and care managers from VHS.
The mission of Victory Human Services (VHS) is to assist individuals and their families in overcoming the challenges of developmental disabilities, mental illness, and medical conditions.
