WORK Inc.’s Supported Living Program provides high-quality case management services to individuals living on their own or in shared homes throughout Greater Boston. The program provides supports for people to live as independently as possible and to assist in achieving each person’s personal goals.
A case manager is available to visit individuals at home daily, weekly, or on an as needed basis. The level of support is determined by the person’s unique needs.
Supports may include:

- Recruitment & management of PCAs
- Money management
- State benefits & entitlements
- Medical assistance
- Recreational opportunities
