Narrative
Individualized training and support formula based on changing needs. Has a combination of service modalities including skill teaching, behavioral supports & psychiatric rehabilitation. Most Individuals hold own leases and have gov’t subsidies. Permanent affordable housing with individually tailored training and flexible supports. Rent subsidies on sliding scale basis are offered to residents. 30 people on a 12 week waiting list. Fees: State or private funding.
