The Forsberg Program is a unique model that helps people with developmental disabilities (DD) to live on their own terms.
- Provides supports to adults (22+) living independently in the community
- Covers the following geographic zones
- North County
- South Valley
- Worcester
Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, this program offers the following services:
- Representative Payee Services for individuals requiring assistance with managing social security benefits, including:
- Financial literacy
- Money management skill building
- Bill and utility payments
- Flexible Funding
- As-needed financial assistance with housing and other unexpected expenses that arise posing a risk to an person’s ability to continue living independently
