Serves developmentally disabled adults who have medical or therapeutic needs. Services include community integration, physical, occupational and speech therapy and life skills training. We also focus on independent living skills and socialization skills. limited support to nursing facility residents. Also offers community-based activities and volunteer opportunities. Program also houses Fairhaven Employment Services that provides vocational assessment, job development and placement, job coaching and job support services.
