DDS eligibility

Our employment services provide people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) the support they need to develop important job skills needed for job opportunities. We provide community-based work training and job opportunities.

Vinfen offers people a variety of options to help job seekers on their path to finding a job. We offer services that help our job seekers prepare for, obtain, and continue their highest possible level of employment through:

• Supported Employment
• Group Employment
• Sponsored Employment
• Arts-Based Vocational Services

At Vinfen, we always develop jobs that pay minimum wage.

 We also offer Community Based Day Support at this location.  We provide skills training in safety, communication, every day living skills, healthy living, etc.  We use group and individual activities to promote independence and skill building. This helps with an increased quality of life for those people that we support. 

 Both of these services are primarily funded by DDS.
