Narrative

The Triangle North Shore Employment Program assists people with a variety of disabilities to find jobs, gain employment, and stay employed. We provide services in a variety of ways, in groups or individually, according to the needs of the clients. The focus of the program is to help people to get as close as realistically possible to their dream jobs.

Adults attending programs at Triangle, Inc. are given a variety of community-based supported group employment and volunteer opportunities. These jobs pay a competitive wage and allow our participants to build critical employment skills. Once these individuals are ready, Triangle works alongside them to find the right opportunity for an individual job placement. Participants also get opportunities to give back to their communities by volunteering with non-profits such as Cradles 2 Crayons, the Hope Lodge, and Stoneham Zoo.
