DDS, MRC, MassHealth – serving ALL disabilities.

The Employment Services department provides Competitive Integrated Employment supports to MRC and DDS consumers. Our services include Career Exploration and Engagement (Assessment/Evaluation), Employment-Based Skills Training/Work Experience (Skills Training), Job Development and Placement, and On and Off the Job Support.

In addition, the Employment Services department hosts a Job Club and various workshops for all consumers to attend. The Employment Services department provides Competitive Integrated Employment supports to MRC and DDS consumers.
