Narrative
Provides job readiness training & placement in supported employment. Curriculum concentrates on job awareness, on-the-job problem solving, interviewing skills, co-worker relations and interpersonal skills. Funded by Department of Developmental Services and MRC.
Individuals work with career specialists to define and refine their skills, to prepare for meaningful jobs in their communities. Types of job placement opportunities include individual and group employment as well as volunteering.
