Narrative

Residential and In-Home Supports are community-based programs including adult long-term residential (ALTR) services and in-home supports for people living independently. Services are funded by the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDS).

Housing and Home supports for adults who have developmental disabilities (DD) are available in the communities of Winthrop, Revere, Chelsea, Saugus and Waltham. These services include semi-independent apartments and twenty-four-hour supported homes. We are committed to the belief that quality of life begins in the home. We believe that providing a safe, comfortable home that promotes dignity and independence. We promote inclusion with the neighboring community. This is central to the quality of life for the people we support.
