Agency with Choice- Family Day Program

This contract supports families in allowing their adult child to remain at home as typical day programs do not meet their specialized needs. AWC Day provides 1:1 and/or 2:1 supports (if needed) for each individual to meet goals specific to their needs; usually focused on community inclusion and social skill building to expand their social circles.

Comfort and Support
Agency with Choice- Residential Day Program

This contract is a new pilot program for DDS. The aim of this program is very similar to the AWC Family Day Program, whereas we are providing direct supports to each individual, as outlined above, to gain community inclusion opportunities and support them in widening their social circles and opportunities. This program coordinates with multiple residential homes, DDS and our own team supporting individuals who are who may be medically complex, or have specific behavioral needs/plans that require 1:1 or 2:1 supports to access their communities spaces.

Cooking Together
Agency with Choice- Home Respite Program

This program supports families by providing a support system for them to have overnight coverage and or weekend in home supports for the parents/guardians to work night shifts or have some time to themselves for a few hours
