Competitive Employment Services are offered in partnership with several funding sources. Viability provides comprehensive training and job support services that let job seekers find and keep work. Workers are on their path to economic stability and career growth.

We meet people where they are on their career path. We help people find and reach employment milestones. With a network of 620+ employer partners, we successfully match local workforce demands with our peoples’ professional goals. 

Employment services include:

  • Career interests and goal setting
  • Job targeted education and skills training
  • Résumé writing workshops
  • Interview skill building
  • Career Counseling and ongoing support

Referrals are accepted through Department of Developmental Services and MassAbility.
