Viability has been a pioneer in the movement of helping individuals with disabilities transition from sheltered employment to community based employment since the late 1970’s. The organization works with over 300 employers in meeting their staffing needs with qualified individuals with disabilities. Our early work has led to the development of a nationally recognized employment model that has been embraced by a growing number of companies across three industries. These innovative Job Training and Placement Programs (JTPP) are designed to provide individuals with disabilities the best possible on-site training and instruction, with the ultimate outcome of securing a job with competitive pay and benefits.
