Narrative
People not currently working full-time at one of our social enterprises or competitively in the community receive complementary supports in our integrated Community Based Day Services (CBDS) program, which provides structured program services for the remainder of their week. Our CBDS program utilizes a person-centered approach including career exploration/planning to serve as a pathway to employment through the use of a variety of different volunteer and discovery opportunities, skills training, or other community-based experiences. Program offerings are based upon the interests of each individual and are established according to a shared focus and vision.
