Narrative
Referral and support program for people with developmental disabilities, providing and recommending appropriate resources that will improve quality of life and stability within the home and community.
Additional supports are available to families, who are DDS eligible, through the AWC program model. The individual/family designs customized supports based on a vision and need and directs their services in partnership with a qualified Provider Agency. The individual/family selects their support staff and sets works hours and terms of employment.
